Stephanie Roger is a Licensed Professional Counselor, National Board Certified Counselor, and Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist with a rich background in developmental psychology and human development counseling.

She has spent her career supporting individuals and families through trauma, major life transitions, and complex family dynamics, with a special passion for working with children, adolescents, and young adults. Her clinical experience spans community mental health, child welfare, and school-based settings, where she provided individual and family therapy, reunification support, and guidance through some of life’s most challenging moments.

Stephanie draws from CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused, and Person-Centered approaches—integrating evidence-based practices with deep empathy and a strong belief in every person’s innate capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful change.

In addition to her clinical work, Stephanie has trained educators, administrators, and nonprofit leaders on trauma-informed care, social-emotional learning, and equity. She is deeply committed to creating spaces where people feel safe, seen, and supported as they navigate their healing journeys.
